1:1 Antenatal Course

This beautifully designed and information packed 1:1  antenatal course is led by myself, a practising NHS Midwife.

I am enthusiastic about modern and compassionate teaching, encompassing all types of births. I offer a highly insightful course providing practical and unbiased guidance with all you need for your journey into parenthood and beyond!

My mission is to help you feel confident about your labour and birth and build a foundation for welcoming your baby into the world.

I can provide you with everything you need for a relaxed and informed birth and post-natal experience.

Session 1

• Final stage of your pregnancy

These session can be taught at a time and day to suit you. I would advice the course is split into 3 sessions of around 2 hours long. If there is anything that you would like to focus more on then we can incorporate this in very easily, ane there’ll always be plenty of time for any questions too.
